SourceNow is seeking dependable individuals who are ready to learn, work safely, and become part of a successful production team. Yarn manufacturing machines, twisting, doubling, spinning, etc.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Assist with machine setups and changeovers

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Will train motivated candidates (Manufacturing experience is a plus)

Doubling and twisting experience preferred

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Strong attendance and reliability

Team-oriented mindset
