Were hiring Machine Operators in Aurora, OH to support production for a leading manufacturer of PVC conduit, pipe, fittings, and accessories. This is a hands-on role with strong potential for long-term growth, pay increases, and full-time hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture PVC products
- Perform quality checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with basic maintenance
- Load/unload materials and maintain steady production flow
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
- Experience using micrometers and calipers required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 lbs
