Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating experience, but experience is not required — training will be provided!

Positions May Include

• Saw Operator
• Forge Operator
• Heat Treat Operator
• Other production/machine operation duties as assigned

Pay

• $16.00/hour starting pay for candidates with no experience
• Experienced candidates may earn approximately $19.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
• 2nd Shift receives an additional 10% hourly shift differential

Available Shifts

1st Shift

• Monday–Thursday
• 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Friday off unless overtime is required

2nd Shift

• Monday–Thursday
• 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
• Friday off unless overtime is required
• Additional 10% shift differential

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with saws, forging, or heat treat equipment is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Must be available for occasional Friday overtime when needed
