MACHINE OPERATORS – 2nd SHIFT – ODESSAWe are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators for our manufacturing team in Odessa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. This is a full-time position. Why choose us?
Second Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday - $16.50/hr + $1/hr Shift Differential!

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor assigned machines in a safe and efficient manner.
Set up machines and ensure they are properly calibrated for production.
Load raw materials into machines and perform necessary adjustments as required.
Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during production.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Calipers & Micrometers: 1 year (Preferred)
Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
The ability to adapt and learn new processes and skills
Identifying, using, and maintaining all tools and measuring instruments.
Basic computer and data entry skills
Walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35lbs
Reliable transportation
Able to pass background and drug screenings
