MACHINE OPERATORS – 3rd SHIFT – ODESSA We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operators for our manufacturing team in Odessa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. This is a full-time position. Why choose us? 
  • Third Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am, Sunday-Thursday 
  • Pay: $16.50/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential!

 Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor assigned machines in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Set up machines and ensure they are properly calibrated for production.
  • Load raw materials into machines and perform necessary adjustments as required.
  • Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during production.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
 Qualifications:
  • Calipers & Micrometers: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
  • The ability to adapt and learn new processes and skills
  • Identifying, using, and maintaining all tools and measuring instruments.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35lbs
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Able to pass background and drug screenings
