About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Machine Operators to join our production team in a fast-paced cup manufacturing environment. Operators are responsible for monitoring production lines, packing finished product, performing quality checks, and supporting general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Starting Pay for All Shifts is $15.00 an Hour, As Needed OT pay is $22.50 an Hour.

Shifts Available

• Day Shift working 6a to 4:30p Monday thru Thursday (Offset)
• Day Shift working 6a to 4:30p Monday thru Friday (Paper)
• Day Shift working 4a to 4p rotating 4 day work week then 3 day work week, no weekends (Foam)
• Night Shift working 4p to 4a rotating 4 day work week then 3 day work week, no weekends (Foam)

Job Responsibilities

• Catch sleeves of cups as they come off the production line
• Pack cups into boxes according to production standards
• Perform continuous quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Break down boxes and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and report issues promptly

Job Requirements for Ideal Candidates 

• 3 months or more relevant Machine Operator experience preferred, will train the right candidates!
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse work experience BIG PLUS!
• Stand long periods up to 12 hour shifts
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs., bend and move materials as needed
• Strong Work Ethic, reliable and punctual
