Machine Operators | Entry-Level

TradeWorX is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators in the Lawrence, PA area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in learning industrial machine operation. No previous machine operating experience is required. Candidates will be trained to operate slitting equipment used in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Overtime:

• $18.00 per hour
• Overtime based on workload and availability

Schedule:

• First shift
• 6: 00 AM–2: 30 PM
• Start ASAP

Job Duties:

• Learn to set up and operate industrial slitting equipment
• Load, monitor, and process materials through production machinery
• Make basic machine adjustments as trained
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
• Follow production instructions and established safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• No previous machine operating experience required
• Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning machinery
• Able to follow instructions and learn hands-on processes
• Dependable and able to consistently report for a 6: 00 AM start
• Comfortable working around industrial production equipment
• Safety-minded and attentive to detail
