Seeking experienced machine operators for day/night shifts at a manufacturer in Lincolnton. Must have at least 2 years' experience in a hands-on production environment. Responsible for continuous operation of machinery, overseeing activities including: constantly monitoring & observing the machine, data, output, and lab results. Production of 1st quality material with minimal waste and downtime in a safe and efficient manner while achieving key performance indicators (kpi). Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
