Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our PVC manufacturing team in Lodi, CA. The ideal candidate will be safety-minded, dependable, and capable of operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PVC manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete production and quality documentation as required
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work 2 weekends per month
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
