TradeWorX is hiring Machine Operators for an established manufacturing employer in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. These full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offer long-term stability, competitive pay, and advancement potential. Openings are available for both Slitting Machine Operators and Coating Machine Operators.

Pay & Overtime:
  • $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on position, shift, and experience
  • Monthly Attendance Bonus
  • $500 Temp-to-Hire Conversion Bonus
  • $250 Retention Bonus for eligible full-time employees
  • $1.00/hour Production Bonus for every 1% efficiency above 95%
  • Overtime available as needed
Schedule:
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule
  • Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:15 AM
Job Duties:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery.
  • Load, unload, stage, and transfer production materials.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
  • Coating Machine Operators must complete a Hazmat physical, respirator fit test, and wear a respirator as required.
