Machine Operators New Bedford, MA Shifts & Pay - 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm - \$20.15/hr - 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am - \$21.32/hr - Weekend shifts also available (two weekend days + two weekdays) About the Role As a Machine Operator, you\'ll help keep our production lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You\'ll operate a variety of equipment, monitor quality, and ensure all products meet Titleist\'s high standards. We provide hands-on training, opportunities to grow, and the chance to work with advanced manufacturing technologies. What You\'ll Do - Operate and monitor machines such as molding machines, casting lines, extrusion/auto jig loaders, and robotic spray systems - Maintain machine efficiency by managing product flow, materials, and basic equipment adjustments - Inspect jigs, jig trucks, and automated systems to ensure proper alignment and functionality - Identify and correct basic automation faults - Perform visual, measurement, and quality inspections - Load materials accurately by size and weight - Complete routine cleaning, organization, and safety tasks - Communicate with team members to meet daily production goals Requirements: - Must speak, read, and write English - Must pass a CORI/Background Check - Must pass a Full Drug Test
