Machine Oporator 3rd shift

Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Load materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
