Machine Production Operator | All Shifts | Dayton, OH
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
Load and unload materials into production equipment
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures
️ Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
️ Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
️ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
️ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
️ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
