This position is responsible for programming and adjusting manufacturing equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards.
The ideal candidate has previous machine programming or manufacturing experience, strong technical aptitude, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced production environment. Required Experience & Skills Previous machine programming or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Essential Duties & Responsibilities Program and adjust machine settings according to production requirements Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing specifications Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency Maintain accurate machine settings and production quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures Assist with additional production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous CNC, automated equipment, or industrial machine programming experience Manufacturing or fabrication background Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and related tools Work Environment Industrial manufacturing facility Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for long-term employment Occasional Saturday work based on production needs Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable first-shift schedule with overtime opportunities Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to expand programming and manufacturing skills Supportive team environment with opportunities for career advancement Ready to Apply?
