Hire Sync is hiring Machine Setup Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine setup experience who are looking to expand their skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

The company is willing to train qualified candidates on specialized equipment including press machines, coiling machines, four-slide machines, and multi-slide machines. All new hires will complete training on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned 2nd shift schedule.

What You'll Do

• Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment for production runs
• Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary setup corrections
• Verify product quality and dimensional specifications
• Read work orders, setup instructions, and production documents
• Use measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and support production efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine setup experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use measuring devices and inspection tools
• Experience with machine changeovers and adjustments
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
