Job Description: Machine Operator
Activities and responsibilities of the Machine Operator include:
- Read and understand customers prints and/or documentation
- Completes and preventive maintenance on machines
- Other duties as assigned
- Machine parts to applicable print details and inspect machined tolerances per print
- Operate multiple machines when possible
- Inspect machined tolerances per print
- Promote safe working practices and ensuring quality standards
- Work with management team, engineering department, and office staff to ensure accurate completion of parts
- Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment
- Follow the ISO guidelines and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
Job Details
- Position: Full-time
- Work Hours: 8AM-4:30PM
- Hourly Pay: $15.00-$16.00
