Job Description

·                     Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 machinists to achieve peak performance

·                     Assign daily tasks, manage workflow schedules, and drive production output to meet established goals

·                     Oversee and assist with complex setups, tool changes, and G-code or MasterCam programming edits

·                     Ensure quality standards for finished parts and troubleshoot machining errors during first shift operations

·                     Enforce shop safety rules and champion lean manufacturing and 5S cleanliness standards

·                     Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead production meetings to communicate goals and expectations

Key Requirements

·                     Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate machining staff in a manufacturing environment

·                     Strong CNC machining experience with the ability to serve as a technical resource for the production team
