Spot Welder Wanted in Essex Center, VT

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $22.50–$29.00 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Position and secure components accurately for spot welding.
• Set and adjust welding parameters, including heat levels, weld timing, and electrode tips, to ensure quality welds.
• Assemble subcomponents of varying sizes and complexity using different grades of steel, based on detailed specifications.
• Interpret work orders to identify required parts and complete spot welding tasks accordingly.
• Read and follow welding blueprints and technical drawings.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, along with measuring instruments such as voltmeters, calipers, and spot welding equipment.
• Demonstrate strong blueprint-reading skills to ensure precision and accuracy in fabrication.
