Role Description The Machine Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Gallatin, TN. This role is responsible for operating textile machinery, monitoring production runs, and ensuring equipment is set up correctly and safely. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, and adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. The Machine Technician will also document maintenance activities, follow safety and quality standards, and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and performance goals.

• Strong skills in Machine Operation and working with textile Machinery in a production environment.

• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance.

• Ability in Troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and measurement devices.
• \n
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical manuals, and safety procedures.

• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and handling materials.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety and product quality.
• \n
• Previous experience in textiles or industrial manufacturing is preferred but not required; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
