Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, welding, or a related trade is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, tape measures, and production specifications.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with waterjet cutters, plasma cutters, band saws, CNC equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists preferred.
• Ability to perform measurements, inspections, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Safely work around heavy machinery, metal materials, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Operate waterjet cutting machines, band saws, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment.
• Measure, cut, load, secure, and process metal materials according to specifications.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to move materials and finished products.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety standards.
