Responsibilities

*Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain assembly, packaging, and labeling machines 

*Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime 

*Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production equipment 

*Monitor machine performance and ensure production efficiency and product quality 

*Assist with equipment changeovers, calibrations, and line clearances 

*Maintain accurate maintenance logs and production documentation 

*Follow FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures 

*Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations 

*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance and workflow

*Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

*High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred 

*2+ years of experience operating or maintaining manufacturing equipment 

*Experience with medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

*Knowledge of automated packaging and labeling systems 

*Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems 

*Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and SOPs 

*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods 

Preferred Skills 

*Experience with preventative maintenance programs 

*Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and ISO manufacturing standards 

*Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability 

*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Mandarin Speaking Preferred
