The Opportunity:

You will serve as a lead heavy equipment operator executing high-end residential landscaping and site development projects across the region. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Operate heavy excavation and landscape machinery safely to execute site preparation and grading.
• Execute precise grading, trenching, and material movement for high-end residential installations.
• Inspect and maintain assigned machinery daily to ensure optimal operation and site safety.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless project delivery aligned with design specs.
• Adapt quickly to variable job site conditions while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Drive project efficiency as a level-headed self-starter dedicated to quality craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Hoisting License.
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner Certificate
• Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery on active field sites.
• Proven ability to work independently as a career-oriented self-starter.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment maintenance routines.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of heavy machinery operation in residential landscaping or excavation.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Broad experience with site prep for luxury outdoor living environments.

• Tier 3: Heavy Equipment with CDL license, Hydraulics License, BluePrint Reading Skills: $34-$40
