Job Description:We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PMShift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdaysSign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll Do:

Operate equipment and support chemical processing operationsPrepare and mix materials according to process requirementsModify and process parts to meet production specificationsInspect work using measuring and inspection toolsFollow production procedures, quality standards, and process controlsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirementsAssist with other production-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience preferredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable using measuring tools and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
