Machining - CNC Operator 3Rd Shift

Chromalloy is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines that produce precision aerospace components. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and meeting tight tolerances. What You'll Be Doing:

Set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machinesRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specificationsSet up tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runsInspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are metMake basic program edits and part adjustments as neededMaintain production, quality, safety, and 5S standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and additional production activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of CNC machining experience preferredAbility to set up and operate CNC machining equipmentExperience reading blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsUnderstanding of machining tolerances and basic shop mathStrong attention to detail, quality, and safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to pass job-related skills testing
