Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a manufacturing career with excellent pay? We're seeking Manual Machine Operators to join a growing production team in Grand Island. This position offers hands-on work, opportunities to develop machining skills, and a team-focused environment.
What You'll Do

• 
  Set up and operate manual machining equipment
  
• 
  Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  
• 
  Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  
• 
  Complete production, quality and machine operation logs
  
• 
  Perform daily machine checks and basic troubleshooting
  
• 
  Assist with inventory control and material movement
  
• 
  Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
  
• 
  Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
