Position: Machining Team Lead
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $22.75-$30.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Available Shifts:

• 
  1st Shift: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday | 5: 00 AM-3: 30 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3: 15 PM-1: 45 AM
  
• 
  Overtime may be required, including Fridays from 12: 45 PM-8: 45 PM.
  

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and support a team of 10-15 machining operators
  
• 
  Operate CNC machines and perform machine setups
  
• 
  Verify first-piece inspections and ensure quality standards are met
  
• 
  Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
  
• 
  Coordinate workflow and assist with production scheduling
  
• 
  Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
  
• 
  Train and mentor machine operators
  
• 
  Maintain production records and documentation
  
• 
  Review time and attendance records in Job Boss
  
• 
  Promote a safe, organized work environment through 5S and housekeeping standards
  
• 
  Communicate production updates and improvement opportunities with management
  

Qualifications

• 
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances and revisions
  
• 
  Experience using precision measuring and quality inspection tools
  
• 
  Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
  
• 
  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• 
  Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
