Machinist - 1st Shift

The Machinist role involves programming, setting up, and operating precision machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-tolerance parts according to drawings and specifications.

• Promote workplace safety as the top priority.
• Support tooling development, repair, and process improvements.
• Create and edit CNC programs, diagnose issues, and assist in tooling and die maintenance.
• Mentor less experienced team members and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

  Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years of machining experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and work with tight tolerances. Strong communication, analytical skills, and adaptability are essential. Physical ability to handle materials, work in noisy and elevated environments, and stand for long periods is necessary.
