We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Machinist to join our manufacturing team and help produce precision components that support cutting-edge technologies across multiple industries. What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate Swiss CNC lathes and vertical mills to produce high-precision components
  • Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments to maintain efficient production
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture parts accurately
  • Inspect finished components using precision measurement equipment to verify conformance to requirements
  • Identify and address quality issues while maintaining high production standards
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and fellow machinists to support manufacturing goals

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating and setting up Swiss CNC lathes
  • Able to work 3:00pm to 12:00am
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with precision measurement instruments and inspection techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
