Job Summary Perform setup and operate CNC lathes or mills with existing programs and tooling information. Job Duties Setup and operate CNC lathes or mills with existing programs and tooling information such as Mazak. Make tool offsets as required. Make offset changes on CNC equipment. Inspection equipment/tools such as MicroVu & Keyence. Deburr parts as needed. Work with little or no supervision. Work cohesively within a team environment. Complete thorough quality production documents including but not limited to First Article Inspection (FAI), Day by Hour Reports, and others as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience. Skills & Knowledge Know basic math skills. Able to interpret blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions. Ability to troubleshoot tooling problems to produce quality parts to specifications. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 12:00 am Eligible for shift differential pay. Competitive Compensation Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
