This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in Swiss type CNC machining to produce components that directly impact patient outcomes. What will you be doing?

  • Setting up, operating and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes including Star, Citizen, Tsugami or similar

  • Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes

  • Performing tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in process adjustments to maintain quality

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD and T, work instructions and control plans

  • Carrying out in process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision tools

  • Completing manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceability

  • Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement

  • Maintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspace

What will you need to be successful?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production/manufacturing environment

  • Previous milling experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high precision part

  • Strong working knowledge of GD and T and blueprint interpretation

  • Experience performing inspections and documenting results

  • A detail-oriented approach and a quality first mindset
