Join our aerospace and defense machine shop in Brownsburg, Indiana. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist focused on setup, operation, and producing high-quality precision parts.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Run established programs and maintain part quality
Make minor offsets and basic program edits as needed
Select tooling and support efficient setups
Assist with fixturing and workholding
Perform in-process and final inspections
Follow quality procedures and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years CNC machining experience
Strong setup and operation skills
Blueprint reading and tolerance control
Understanding of tooling, speeds, and feeds
Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent

Preferred Qualifications

Basic G-code editing
CAM exposure (Fusion 360, Mastercam, etc.)
GD&T familiarity
Haas, Mazak, or Fanuc controls
Aerospace/defense experience
Trade school or apprenticeship
