Job Responsibilities -
- Set up, operate, and maintain manual and/or CNC Lathe and Mill machining equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, job tickets, and print specifications to produce parts to exact requirements.
- Use precision measurement instruments to verify dimensions and tolerance.
- Adjust tooling before and during machining operations to ensure accuracy.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervision to prioritize workflow and hit daily production targets.
Job Requirements -
- 3-5 years of hands-on machining experience in CNC lathe, CNC mill, manual lathe, and/or manual milling.
- G-code programming knowledge and hands-on CNC machine setup experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and apply tolerances accurately in a production setting.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain quality output in a high-paced shop environment.
