Job Title: Machinist (Haas Mills & Lathes / CAD-CAM)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Machinist with at least 10 years of experience to join our team. This job is located in Williamstown, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and Operate: Program, set up, and run Haas CNC mills and lathes independently.
CAD/CAM Programming: Create and modify complex toolpaths using CAD/CAM software.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T).
Quality Control: Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precise tolerances.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional CNC machining experience.
Machine Mastery: Proven expertise specifically with Haas mills and lathes.
Software Skills: Proficient in CAD/CAM programming (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
