Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Execution: Transform base materials into finished components by following specific work orders and technical requirements.
Equipment Operation: Configure and run diverse workshop machinery, such as Lathes, Mills, and Drill Presses.
Maintenance & Safety: Handle routine tool upkeep and calibration while strictly adhering to workplace protection protocols and safety guidelines.
Technical Literacy: Analyze engineering schematics and blueprints to verify that every part meets exact dimensional standards.
Programming Adjustments: Update and refine G&M code sequences to optimize machining cycles or correct errors.
Resource Management: Oversee inventory flow to reduce scrap and uphold a highly organized, professional workspace.
Shift
6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Qualifications
Proficient in reading a tape measure with accuracy to 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 increments, with a strong understanding of inch-to-decimal conversions.
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints with accuracy.
Experience in using precision measuring tools, including digital and vernier calipers and micrometers.
Knowledgeable in dimensions and sizing of common structural steel materials.
