Reads and interprets blueprints and drawings to machine parts.
Sets-up and operates conventional and CNC machines.
Reworks molds and tools damage.
Completes related paperwork.
Maintains clean work area and keeps machines clean
Shows ability and desire to learn.

Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position.

Visualizes and understands blueprints

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
Entry-level though 1year experience in operating CNC, manual mills and lathe machines preferred
Basic mathematical skills, additional skills in geometry and trigonometry preferred
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to follow detailed and complex instructions
Basic computer skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, standing, kneeling, walking and twisting
Use of vibrating tools
Hearing and speaking clearly
Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement
Precise dexterity
Reading
Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
Lifting from floor to waist
Reaching from shoulder level or below
Seeing to distinguish colors, prepare/analyze figures, prepare/review documents, to visually inspect and to measure/assemble at a close distance
Frequent use of power tools and machinery
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Exposure to smoke/dust/wet and damp
High noise level
