What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will be essential to our manufacturing process, ensuring every piece of graphite meets our high-quality standards:

  • Precision Cutting: Set up and operate industrial bandsaws to prepare raw materials.
  • Surface Finishing: Utilize surface grinders to achieve exact tolerances and smooth finishes on carbon blanks.
  • Quality Inspection: Use precision tools to verify that every part matches customer blueprints.
  • Shop Maintenance: Keep your workstation safe and efficient while collaborating with our CNC and engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

We need a detail-oriented operator with a strong foundation in machining:

  • Proficiency with Precision Tools: Expert ability to use calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy down to the thousandth.
  • Machining Know-How: Solid understanding of general machining practices, including material handling and safety protocols.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Experience operating bandsaws, surface grinders, or similar shop equipment.
  • Reliability: A team player who shows up ready to work and takes pride in "Customer Driven Quality."
