Machinist/Machine Setup Operator

We are seeking a full-time Machinist/Machine Setup Operator for a modern, air-conditioned manufacturing facility serving the Power and Utility industry.

• The role involves setting up and operating CNC milling centers (vertical and horizontal), interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring precision and quality in production.
• Responsibilities include optimizing machining processes, performing inspections, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with team members to maximize efficiency.
• Qualifications include 3+ years of CNC experience, mechanical or technical background, safety knowledge, and proficiency in NC programming. Experience with horizontal machining is preferred.
• Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
