Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a Machinist for a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing machining experience and be able to accurately read a tape measure. This position will predominantly involve operating a band saw.Job Responsibilities· Operate a band saw to cut materials according to specifications
· Accurately measure materials using a tape measure
· Perform machining-related tasks in a manufacturing environment
· Follow production instructions and maintain accuracy
· Maintain a clean and safe work areaRequirements· Previous manufacturing machining experience required
· Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
· Experience operating a band saw preferred
· Ability to work in a manufacturing environmentAdditional Information· Starting pay of $17.00/hour
· Monday–Friday schedule
· 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
