We are seeking a Machinist Painter with 1-3 years of experience for full-time work in Deerfield.
- Plan and execute complex machining operations, fabricate, assemble parts, and perform jig, fixture, tool, and die work.
- Operate manual and NC/PC machine shop equipment on various materials, following specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy, select appropriate cutting tools, and set up manual machines like mills, lathes, and drills.
- Fabricate complex parts with tight tolerances, rework and calibrate components, and suggest process improvements.
- Paint products and assemblies using spray booths, prepare paints, and follow safety protocols.
- Maintain shop tools and equipment, adhere to safety regulations, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Qualifications include high school diploma, 1-3 years related experience, knowledge of measurement tools, blueprints, and paint processes. Strong communication, organizational, and safety awareness are essential.
