Location: Elk River, MN

Wage: $18 - $28/hr., depending on experience

Hours:
  • Day shift: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday
  • Night shift: 5:30 pm - 6:00 am, Friday - Sunday
    (Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!)

Duties of the machinist trainee weekend shift:
  • Learn to set up and operate CNC machines, mills, and lathes
  • Monitor product quality to meet company and customer standards
  • Work closely with an experienced supervisor for hands-on training
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and participate in monthly safety meetings
  • Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining machines as needed
Requirements of the machinist trainee weekend shift:
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced machinists
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed
  • Safety-conscious and reliable
