Location: Oklahoma City, OK Pay: $28–$35/hour (based on experience) Schedule:
· Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
· Regular: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to support increased manufacturing capacity as new lathes are added to the facility. We are looking for skilled machinists familiar with industry products who can operate independently within a reasonable timeframe. Programming experience is a plus.We are currently focused on day shift operators while production increases. However, candidates must be open to future second shift opportunities as capacity expands, as the long-term goal is to build and staff a second shift. Pay rates will range from $28–$35/hour. This position reports directly to the Foreman and Plant Manager.Responsibilities
· Produce quality parts on Manual and CNC lathes in a safe and timely manner
· Load parts using overhead lifting equipment or appropriate material handling systems
· Set up parts using fixtures, make correct offsets, and confirm setup before operation
· Read and interpret blueprints to meet part dimensions and tolerance requirements
· Monitor machine operation to detect and prevent malfunctions
· Adjust offsets and tooling as needed to maintain product quality
· Maintain machine tools, fixtures, and work area in an orderly manner
· Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
· Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
· Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong experience operating CNC and/or Manual lathes required
· Familiar with industry machining products and processes preferred
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints
· Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions)
· Programming experience is a plus
· Ability to work independently within a reasonable timeframeImportant Note on Medical Marijuana
