- Provides backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security applications including but not limited to Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services and Apple ABM.
<\/li> - Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services
<\/li> - Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self service
<\/li> - Builds and test pilot versions for new and changing services
<\/li> - Creates solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users
<\/li> - Provides senior technical troubleshooting incident and problem resolution for endpoint services platform offerings
<\/li> - Review Service -Now tickets related to Jamf/Mac<\/span> <\/span>and update in a timely manner.
<\/li><\/ul>Security and Partnerships
<\/div>
- Manages overall security frameworks and practices as they pertain to desktop services and integrated technologies such as Zscaler, Antivirus, etc.
<\/li> - Maintain appropriate balance with security and usability, including working with teams to adjust appropriate policies.
<\/li> - Partners with client and portfolio owners to assist with technology implementation initiatives across business services
<\/li><\/ul>Leadership and Learning
<\/div>
- Actively stay up to date on the latest technologies and solutions, including internal/external learning and research.
<\/li> - Create endpoint reports for stakeholders as requested.
<\/li> - Evaluate advanced requests for feasibility and provide appropriate guidance.
<\/li> - Provide coordination for architecture of systems, including providing feedback on project requests and timing.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications & Experiences
<\/div>
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for <\/span>Mac<\/span> <\/span>endpoints
<\/li> - 3+ years' experience in identity and access management
<\/li> - Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.)
<\/li> - Experience dealing with security incidents
<\/li> - Ability to prioritize based on criticality
<\/li><\/ul>
