Summary
Prepares documentation for magistration. Conducts criminal history screenings and generate risk assessments and financial assessments on arrested persons to assist the Magistrate in effectively setting a bond and determining eligibility for court-appointed counsel. Follow up for any orders or conditions imposed by the Magistrate.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to bend, carry, climb stairs, hear, keyboard, lift below the waist, tolerate noise, perform repetitive tasks, see far and near, sit, stand, talk, use his/her hands, walk, work alone and with others, and work overtime. Working in jails may expose employee to fights or violence.

Do you have a Bachelors degree or higher?

Do you have an Associates degree + Two (2) full-time years of work experience in the criminal justice or military field?

Do you have a High School diploma or GED + Four (4) full-time years of work experience in the criminal justice or military field?
