What Youll Do
- Partner with the Director of Imaging to support day-to-day MRI department operations.
- Lead staff support efforts, including training initiatives, team communication, and staff meeting participation.
- Help drive process improvement across MRI workflows while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Coordinate MRI-related events and support departmental readiness and quality goals.
- Collaborate with a contracted research organization to support research activities and maintain compliance.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience in the MRI environment.
What You Need
Required- 5+ years of MRI experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a lead/lead technologist (or equivalent coordination role)
- High school diploma or equivalent (plus additional training/education)
- Graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Current ARRT Registered in Radiologic Technology (Radiography)
- Current Radiologic Technologist licensure by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
- CPR/BLS certification
Preferred- MRI Safety Officer Certification
