Job Purpose
The Clinical Site Coordinator oversees Relias Healthcare’s management and staffing services for the Hospitalist Department at Magnolia Regional his role integrates clinical expertise with administrative leadership to ensure seamless operations at designated sites.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role provides essential support to Medical Directors, providers, and practice leadership to ensure smooth program operations and effective collaboration with hospital administration. Responsibilities include assisting with provider onboarding, recruitment, credentialing, and communication with facilities. The position focuses on improving workflows and processes to boost efficiency within the provider team and facilities. Key tasks include leading monthly facility meetings, managing scheduling in partnership with leadership, addressing billing deficiencies, and overseeing payroll tasks. The role also requires representing Relias Healthcare with professionalism and may involve performing clinical duties in the Emergency Department or Hospitalist settings.
