Mail & Print Associate – Kansas City, MO

Looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? Join our team as a Mail & Print Associate and help keep operations running smoothly!

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate high-volume printers, copiers & finishing equipment
  • Handle mail, shipping/receiving & document processing
  • Deliver completed jobs and support office operations
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues & ensure quality output
  • Assist with reception, meeting setups & general site support
What You Bring:

  • High school diploma (or GED) + 1–2 years of related experience
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized & solve problems
