Summary of Position:
The Mail and Records Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient mail distribution, and supporting medical records management. This role provides essential backup support to the records team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documents, mail, and records requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in records management or office administration is a plus.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
