    Mail Center Assistant

    Position Overview: Mail Center Assistants help the Site Manager with mailroom duties. This is to ensure we meet CSPS mailroom requirements.

    Essential Duties:

    • Delivering mail on time and to the correct departments.
    • Getting signatures for all delivered packages.
    • Retrieve all outgoing mail from each department and return it to the mailroom. Being respectful of faculty and student mail. Clean the glass of all copiers on the mail-run and check Toner levels.
    • Helping put away packages as they come in daily and checking school ID and getting a signature from students.
    • Ensure all departments are fully stocked with copier paper on the mail-runs.

    To be eligible to be a CSP student employee, one must:

    • Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).
    • Have a United States social security number.*
    • Have proper identification as determined by Form I-9.
    • Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
    • Have declared a major with CSP.
    • For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.
