Responsibilities: The laboratory courier performs timely delivery and pick up of laboratory and pathology specimens, reports, and supplies between hospital facilities, medical offices, and other designated patient service centers. Demonstrate excellent customer service to clients, physicians, office and lab personel at all times. Other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned by the department manager/director. Qualifications: Education and Work Experience
  1. Required valid state Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
  2. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  3. OSHA/DOT/IATA certification for diagnostic specimen packaging and shipping one time every 3 years and maintain updated.
  4. Blood borne pathogen and Chemical safety annual class requirements.
