Required Education: High School Diploma.Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Experience with printing, packaging, shipping, intake, scanning, and filing processes.Ability to receive, sort, and unpack incoming mail and materials accurately and efficiently.Strong organizational skills with experience alphabetizing, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic records.Experience operating scanning and printing machines in a fast-paced production environment.Basic computer skills, including data entry, information lookup, and e-mail communication.Ability to maintain accurate records, notes, and filing systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting to support large-scale mailing and document processing projects.Ability to lift and move reams of paper, boxes, packages, and stacks of documents, and perform continuous movement throughout the work environment.Job Duties:Print, package, prepare, and mail approximately 500 schools’ answer sheets in support of NYS assessments.Receive, unpack, sort, and organize incoming mail and assessment materials.Operate scanning and printing equipment to process assessment-related documents accurately and efficiently.Perform basic data entry, information lookup, and e-mail communication to support daily operations.Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records for tracking and documentation purposes.Collaborate with team members to ensure assessment materials are processed, packaged, and shipped according to established deadlines.Monitor document quality and ensure accuracy during printing, scanning, packaging, and mailing activities.Support high-volume workflow operations in a steady-paced and deadline-driven environment.Handle and transport paper supplies, packages, and document stacks as required throughout the workday.
